We hope you love your Fly Speck eyewear. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

 

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (unless faulty)

 

Process:

  1. Email support@officialflyspeck.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  3. Ship item(s) back using a tracked service

  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
