ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. In the rare case that an item is out of stock or discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund or exchange.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product details, materials, and colours accurately. However, due to screen variations, actual colours may differ slightly. All frames are handcrafted and may contain slight individual differences.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure third-party payment providers. Full payment must be received before dispatch. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

SHIPPING

We ship domestically and internationally. Delivery times and fees vary by region — please see our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless faulty.

WARRANTY & AFTERCARE

Our products come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to our Warranty & Aftercare page for full guidance.
